We can’t fix what we can’t see. Good reports save everyone time and get fixes out faster.

Where to report

The best place is our Discord. Use the channel staff designate for bugs or technical issues (or ask in support if you’re unsure). You can also reach us via Contact for non-urgent enquiries.

Include this information

• Your Minecraft username (and whether your account is linked on the website, if the bug involves the store).
• Java Edition version (e.g. 1.21.x) and launcher (official, Prism, etc.).
• Which server or world — Hub, SMP, PvP, or another game mode; if single-player or elsewhere, say so.
• What you expected vs what actually happened.
• Steps to reproduce — numbered list, from joining to the bug.
• When it started — roughly (today, after an update, only once, etc.).
• Evidence — screenshots or a short video clip if possible. For chat or UI bugs, a screenshot helps a lot.

Client mods and resource packs

If you use mods or a custom resource pack, mention them. Some issues only happen with certain setups. See our Mods & resource pack page for what’s allowed.

Security

Do not post passwords, payment card numbers, full emails, or private tokens in public channels. If a bug looks security-sensitive (e.g. dupes, account bypass), report it privately to staff as they instruct.

What happens next

Staff may ask follow-up questions or try to reproduce the issue. Not every report gets a public reply, but serious bugs are tracked. Thank you for helping improve the network.
