By using the Lunaris Network website and game servers you agree to these terms and to our Rules and Privacy Policy.
We provide Minecraft game servers and a website (including store and community features). We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or unavailability.
Store purchases (ranks, cosmetics, etc.) are for in-game and/or Discord benefits as described at the time of purchase. Payment instructions are sent separately. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to our policy. Purchases are for personal use and non-transferable.
You must follow our Rules. We may suspend or ban accounts and revoke access to purchased items for rule breaks or abuse. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Lunaris Network names, logos, and site content are ours or used with permission. Minecraft is © Mojang. Do not copy or misuse our branding without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunaris Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or servers.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page for the latest version.
